BeamFest Society is a community organisation based in Newton-le-Willows, dedicated to supporting live music, local musicians, community events and the continued development of BeamFest. When you apply to become a member of BeamFest Society, we may collect: - Your first and last name - Your email address - Your telephone number, if provided - Your membership registration and renewal details - Confirmation of your membership payment - Any additional information you voluntarily provide

4. Membership Payments Annual membership costs £5.
Membership applications are collected through our Wix website, with payments processed separately through SumUp. SumUp handles payment information securely in accordance with its own privacy policy. BeamFest Society does not require members to provide their full payment card details directly to the society.

Membership information is managed through Wix and any other secure systems used for society administration. Access to personal information is restricted to authorised individuals involved in managing BeamFest Society. We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from unauthorised access, misuse or disclosure.

We only share personal information where necessary for society administration, to provide membership services, to comply with legal obligations, or where you have given permission. Services such as Wix and SumUp may process information on our behalf or independently under their own privacy arrangements.

We retain membership information only for as long as reasonably necessary for membership administration, financial record-keeping and any applicable legal obligations. When information is no longer required, it will be securely deleted or anonymised.
